HOW TO ORDER

Custom embroidery is personal by nature. Complete written details help us prepare your order accurately and keep your place in the production schedule.

  1. Choose your item and service

Tell us what you would like embroidered, the item type, quantity, and whether you are providing the item or requesting a sourced product. Customer-provided items are reviewed for fabric, construction, placement, and design suitability before acceptance.

  1. Choose your catalog code and thread colors

Open the Design Catalog and provide the exact code for your choice: S for a standard font or lettering style, A for decorative or themed lettering, or M for a monogram. Include the exact Isacord thread number(s), or request stitcher’s choice. Screen colors can vary, so stitching follows the selected Isacord number.

  1. Send the exact personalization

Write the wording exactly as it should appear, including capitalization, spelling, punctuation, dates, and numbers. For a traditional three-letter monogram, provide the full first, middle, and last name. Letter placement varies by style, and we will arrange the initials correctly.

  1. Confirm placement and timing

Include the requested embroidery placement and requested completion date. Screenshots may be helpful references, but they do not replace complete written order details.

  1. Submit your inquiry

Send all details through Begin an Inquiry. Your order is not scheduled until the item has been received, all required information is complete, and timing has been confirmed.

TURNAROUND & DELIVERY

Standard turnaround is generally 7–10 days and begins only after both the item and complete order information are received. Incomplete orders are placed on hold. Requested dates are subject to availability and are not guaranteed unless confirmed. Rush service may be available for an additional fee.

DROP-OFF & PICKUP

Stitched x Allison operates from a private home studio and does not offer walk-in retail hours. Porch-cabinet drop-off and pickup are available by arrangement. Studio visits are by appointment only.

Please include:

• Exact wording and capitalization

• Font, monogram, or design code

• Exact Isacord thread number(s)

• Placement on the item

• Item description and quantity

• Requested completion date

• Full first, middle, and last name for traditional monograms
