Stitched x Allison offers custom machine embroidery, monograms and personalization, heirloom and hand-embroidered work, custom design and artwork adaptation, and mobile or live embroidery experiences. Standard catalog-style orders and more involved custom projects follow different service and pricing paths.

Begin with the Design Catalog, then submit the exact personalization, the S, A, or M catalog code, Isacord thread number or numbers (or stitcher’s choice), placement, item description, quantity, and requested completion date through Begin an Inquiry. Screenshots may be helpful references, but they do not replace complete written order information.

Standard turnaround is 7–10 days. The clock begins only after the item has been received and all required order information is complete. Incomplete orders are placed on hold. Requested dates are subject to availability and are not guaranteed unless confirmed in advance.

Standard catalog orders use the font, monogram, design, placement, and thread colors selected from the website. When a proof is provided, review every detail and reply APPROVED before stitching begins. Up to two mockup revisions are included when a proof is part of the order; additional revisions or custom design work may require a design fee. Changes requested after approval may require a new quote and may affect timing.

Stitched x Allison operates from a private home studio in Dallas. A dedicated porch cabinet is available for arranged drop-off and pickup after your order has been confirmed. Studio visits are available by appointment; the studio is not open for walk-in retail.

Pricing reflects stitch count, machine time, labor, consumables, design difficulty, and the level of customer support required. Additional colors, motifs, digitizing, managed customization, or rush timing may affect the total. Custom and event projects are quoted individually.

Use the Thread Colors section to select an exact Isacord color number whenever possible. On-screen colors are computer-generated and may not match the physical thread exactly; finished embroidery will be stitched in the selected Isacord number.

Customer-provided items may be accepted after the fabric, construction, placement, and design have been reviewed. Not every product can be safely hooped or embroidered, so approval should be obtained before drop-off. Although every effort is made to work carefully, embroidery carries an inherent risk of needle, hooping, or machine damage. Please discuss sentimental, heirloom, or irreplaceable pieces before they are accepted.

Rush work may be available for an additional fee, depending on the current schedule and the complexity of the order. A requested completion date is not guaranteed unless it has been confirmed in advance.

Live embroidery is a premium, time-based event experience. The available fonts, monograms, motifs, products, and thread colors are curated in advance. Event quotes consider the event length, guest count, setup, production capacity, travel, products, and staffing needs.

Finished work may be photographed for the Stitched x Allison portfolio or social media. Customer names, identifying details, recognizable children, home interiors, and addresses are not shared without explicit permission.
